Xiaodong (David) Bai studied Massage Therapy at Medix College of Healthcare (formerly known as the Medix School). He incorporates his early medical trainings in Chinese medicine to his understanding of your health concerns, and brings a wealth of knowledge and clinic-based skills into his practice. Some examples include Swedish and non-Swedish massage techniques, oriental style of Shiatsu and Tuina massage.
David gained healthcare service experience working at several hospitals in China, and in private practice as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Canada since 2011. He treats patients with variety of chronic conditions, work-related stress, hypertension, anxiety, soft-tissue dysfunction, musculoskeletal injuries, muscle and joint disorders, whiplash, and finally sport injuries. He has developed a special interest in neuromuscular conditions such as acquired brain injury, and rehab of stroke survivors.
David is a strong advocate for the health benefit of massage treatment, be it therapeutic, or for the purpose of improving general health and well-being.

Isabel was born in Toronto and is a proud salvadorian at heart, considers herself a very hard worker and a dedicated mother of two. Isabel obtained a paralegal diploma from Humber college in 2013. After some time working in the field of law, Isabel decided to make a change to healthcare, and enjoys her work as a chiropractic and administrative assistant very much.
This role has given her the opportunity to connect with patients from all walks of life. Most of all she is part of the process of helping patients feel better and this is the biggest reward of all. Isabel is looking forward to meeting you at the clinic.
Shalini is a Resident Physiotherapist with 6+ years of rich experience in varied fields of Neuro-Paediatrics, Ortho Rehab, Women health and Geriatric therapy care. She also has her areas of expertise in providing manual therapy, concussion and vestibular rehab.
Her skills on assessment adds to the accurate diagnosis and best treatment protocols for every recovery. She uses soft tissue mobilization (instrument assisted), taping and exercise therapy to treat her patients.
She also has her certificates in Level 1-Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Neurodynamics, and McKenzie technique. Her hard work and passion towards healing her patients is the cherry on the top.
Dr. Donato Policastro, DC, AC(c)
Chiropractor and Medical Acupuncture Practitioner
Dr. Donato Policastro was born and raised in the GTA. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2010. He is also a graduate of the Medical Acupuncture program at McMaster University.
Prior to attending the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Dr. Policastro completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Biomechanics at York University. He combines evidence-based chiropractic therapy with a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to health care.
Dr. Policastro is a practitioner with over 10 years of experience in treating acute, chronic, sports and motor vehicle accident related injuries. In that time he has had experience with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries ranging from mechanical low back pain to rehabilitation of patients with catastrophic injuries.
